Your company is called Cowtown Photo Booths, do you service areas outside of Fort Worth?
Absolutely. We are available for any event within 50 miles of downtown Dallas or Fort Worth. For areas outside of Dallas/Fort Worth
contact us and we will be happy to discuss other accommodations.
What kind of printer do you use?
That is a very important question to ask when you rent a photo booth. Many photo booth operators use an inkjet printer, which may produce a decent picture
but it will not last or have near the quality of a professional dye sublimation printer. Cowtown Photo Booths uses dye sublimation printers to provide you with the highest quality photo strip.
Can you print a photo strip in black & white? Color? Both?
With our booth, the user can select whether they would like print a black & white or color photo strip.
How many people can fit in the booth?
The booth is built for 4 to 6 people however more can people can squeeze in, but it would certainly be cozy.
I love the photo booth idea; are there other ways to carry that theme to other parts of my event?
Sure, we can help you select custom table favors, scrapbooks, photo strip frames, and other customized details. If the bride and groom, your CEO, or the birthday girl/boy want to do a custom session for invitations, save the dates, or posters we can work with you to accommodate the request for a very reasonable price.
Do I have to run the photo booth myself?
No, the rental fee includes an attendant who will be available during the event including both setup and breakdown.
Does the photo booth need a special power source?
Nothing special is needed. The photo booth just needs a normal AC power outlet. If the booth is outside, we can provide a gas generator at an additional cost.
My grandparents are not very tech savvy; will they be able to use the booth without an instruction manual?
All they need to do is press a button and follow the simple prompts on the screen and of course, SMILE!
You mentioned supporting the community; can my non-profit get a discount rate?
We will certainly work with your group to find a way we can help, especially if your event is not during our peak hours. The founders of Cowtown Photo Booths are both active in the United Way and their local churches and communities.
I loved having the photo booth at my event, can I refer a friend to you?
Word of mouth is our favorite form of advertising. In fact, if you have used us in the past and refer us to a friend who also books an event, we will send you a check for $50.
